Azerbaijan's capital Baku has submitted a bid to host the Euro 2020 football tournament.
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Sports and Youth Saturday announced it has bid for the football meet, reports Xinhua.
The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) administration will evaluate the bid dossiers and send the report to the UEFA Executive Committee.
The final decision on the selection of the 13 hosts of Euro 2020 will be announced by the UEFA Executive Committee Sep 19 in Geneva.
In a meeting in 2013, UEFA Executive Committee decided that the matches of the final stage of Euro 2020 will be held in 13 cities.
