Spanish football club Barcelona will travel to the Greek town of Ioannina to conduct workshops to 150 boys, girls and adults living in refugee camps in the area, UNHCR announced.
However, the UN organisation for refugees did not disclose the names of the players who will attend the workshops on November 18, Efe reported.
The initiative has organised by the Barcelona Players Association, local club P.A.S. Ioannina and UNHCR.
The association of the Spanish club players remarked that they want to raise awareness on the plight of refugees in Greece and promote a fundraising campaign for humanitarian purposes.
