Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL), a public sector enterprise under the Defence Ministry, on Wednesday said it has achieved a record turnover of Rs 4,875 crore for financial year 2016-17.
BDL has registered 17 percent growth over the previous year, said an official statement.
It has also been rated as 'excellent' for its performance against MoU during the year 2015-16 by the government - the third consecutive year the company it has been rated as "excellent", it said.
BDL's Chairman and Managing Director V. Udaya Bhaskar congratulated the employees and other stakeholders for their contribution towards the achievement of this milestone.
