BJP leader held for misbehaving with Kashmir official

A block-level BJP leader was arrested on Thursday on the charge of misbehaving with a senior district officer in Doda district of Jammu region.

"Bharatiya Janata Party's Thatri block president Basant Raj Thakur was arrested for misbehaving with and abusing Doda district development commissioner Bhupinder Kumar in his office," a senior police officer told IANS here.

The officer ordered Thakur's arrest, he said.
