The Portland Trail Blazers edged the Minnesota Timberwolves 117-110 in the NBA under the leadership of All-Star power forward DeMarcus Aldridge.

Aldridge took home 26 points, nine rebounds and three assists throughout the game Saturday while shooter Wesley Matthews added 21. Another All-Star Damian Lillard made 14 points and four assists, reports Xinhua.

The Wolves played without Kevin Love, Nikola Pekovic and Kevin Martin. Corey Brewer led team with 26 points and Ricky Rubio refreshed the career scoring record with 25 points.
