Nick Gordon, the beau of late singer Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown, has checked himself into a rehabilitation centre following "suicidal tweets".
Gordon's mother, Michelle, and attorney checked him into a treatment facility after an intervention with Phillip C. McGraw, a doctor in Atlanta earlier this week, reports eonline.com.
It's unclear what Gordon entered the rehabilitation program for, however, many of his close friends and family were concerned about his well-being after he posted a series of what appeared to be suicidal tweets.
On March 3, he tweeted: "I'm so hurt I wanna do myself in. I know I have to (stay) strong."
Then on the birthday of Brown, who is currently in medically induced coma, he wrote a heartfelt message to his loved one for his thousands of followers to see.
"Happy birthday baby I wish I was there with you to hold you and be by your side," he wrote.
It has also been reported that it was his mother who wanted the meeting with McGraw, fearing that her son was suicidal.
"As we sit here right now, my son's life hangs in the balance," Michelle told McGraw with Gordon by her side during their interview.
"When Whitney was found, he administered CPR to her and called me as he was standing in front of her saying, 'Mom, why couldn't I do it? I couldn't get air into her lungs' He won't let go of the guilt," Michelle added.
