Thailand's Buriram United Wednesday confirmed the signing of Brazilian striker Diogo for an undisclosed fee.
The 27-year-old joins the club on a two-year deal from Brazilian outfit Palmeiras, Buriram said on their official website, Xinhua reported.
Diogo scored just once in 34 appearances for Palmeiras in 2014 after his January arrival from local rivals Portuguesa.
The former Brazil under-23 international was once considered among Brazil's brightest talents and in 2008 joined Greek giants Olympiakos for nine million euros.
But poor form and injuries have limited him to just seven goals from his past 93 matches.
