Singer Britney Spears' boyfriend Charlie Ebersol has inspired her to take up meditation.
The pop star is reportedly embracing the ancient relaxation technique after being encouraged to chill, courtesy her boyfriend, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Britney seems more at peace since she started meditating. Charlie is a meditation enthusiast. He's always been interested in self-help and a clean lifestyle, so he's a really good influence on Britney," a source told Life & Style magazine.
The 33-year-old beauty, who has sons Sean, nine, and Jayden, eight, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, has already started practicing alone on a daily basis before her concerts in Las Vegas.
"She has a mantra and she meditates for 15 minutes before performances to centre herself and calm her nerves," the insider added.
