There accused in the Oct 2 blast in West Bengal's Burdwan, including mastermind Sajid alias Sheikh Rahamatullah, were Tuesday sent to judicial custody till Dec 5 by a court here .

The trio of JMB commander Sajid, Myanmar national Khalid Mohammed and Abdul Hakim who was injured in the blast were presented before the Chief Sessions Judge Mohammad Mumtaz Khan, on the expiry of their respective NIA and judicial custody.
Sajid and Khalid were Nov 28 sent to NIA custody while Hakim was under judicial custody.
"The court has remanded the trio to judicial custody till Dec 5," a counsel said.
