Turkish referee Cuneyt Cakir will be at the helm of the upcoming Champions League game between Arsenal and Barcelona next Tuesday in the first leg of the competition's knockout stage.
Previously, Cakir refereed Barcelona's match against Roma in the group stage last November 24, which ended 6-1 for the 'Blaugrana', reports Efe.
Also, the Turk refereed the final of the last edition of the Champions League in June 2015 when Barcelona won 3-1 against Juventus in Berlin.
On the other hand, Englishman Martin Atkinson will referee the other match between Juventus and Bayern Munich on Tuesday in the same round of the competition.
