Premier League football club Chelsea's goalkeeper Petr Cech is reported to be "99 percent certain" of his move to Arsenal this summer.
The Chelsea custodian has been allowed to quit Stamford Bridge when the transfer window re-opens and has garnered a lot of interest from top clubs, reports metro.co.uk.
Liverpool, Roma, Inter Milan and Manchester United are all keen but Cech is confident of joining Arsenal. Cech is apparently 99 percent certain it will happen but the final one percent rests with 'Blues' owner Roman Abramovich, who is in-charge of sanctioning the transfer.
Arsenal would be paying about 10 million pounds for the Czech Republic custodian.
