Chelsea target Dede will only be sold if a suitor meets his 15 million euro price tag, the defender's agent said.
Dede was a key member of Cruzeiro's Campeonato Brasileiro triumph last year and has impressed in his limited opportunities for Brazil's national team, Xinhua reported Tuesday.
In the past six months, the 26-year-old has been linked with Chelsea, Inter Milan and an unnamed Russian side.
"Several clubs in England and Russia are following Dede, but he is only going to leave Cruzeiro for 12 to 15 million euros," his agent Claudio Vagheggi said.
Dede made 31 starts for Cruzeiro last year and scored the second goal in Brazil's 2-0 friendly win over Zambia in October.
