Girls Aloud bandmates Cheryl Cole and Kimberley Walsh have reportedly given up on alcohol, junk food and sugar as they want to stay fit and lose weight.
The singers-songwriters were also said to be seen exercising together at Cole's house here watching DVDs like "Strictly Come Dancing - Strictly Fit" and following fitness expert Tracy Anderson, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Cole, who was also a judge on "The X Factor", was also seen drinking green juices made up of kale, spinach, celery, apple and parsley instead of alcohol and sugary snacks.
"Last year I was in 'Shrek', then I participated in 'Strictly Come Dancing', and then the Girls Aloud tour. So I didn't think about working out. But the minute I stopped, I could literally feel the weight going back on," Walsh said in a magazine interview.
