Singers Cheryl and Liam Payne will make their son Bear's first birthday "very special".
It was reported Cheryl and Payne had "banned presents" and "weren't having a big party". But the former Girls Aloud star, who is currently working on new solo material, told her fans that the report about her son's gifts was far from the truth, reports thesun.co.uk.
One of Cheryl and Payne's fans reproduced the claims online and said how their decision to "ban presents" was made because they "don't want to spoil Bear".
Seeing the post, Cheryl commented: "You lot read far too much nonsense."
Although her relationship with the former One Direction star is strained, Cheryl is pulling out all the stops with him to make Bear's day as special as possible.
A source said: "Plans for baby Bear's first birthday started ages ago - but then Liam booked some gigs in Japan straight afterwards.
"Liam will be here for the actual day (March 22), which is a Thursday, but then has to fly the next day. It means he won't be around for the weekend so the party can't happen then.
"There will be two parties for Bear - a small one with close friends and family, then a bigger ones with friends and their children. There will be a special cake, games - the lot. They both want to make it a day to remember for Bear - even though he's only one!"
