Chinese army develops online military game

The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) has developed an online military game featuring an aircraft carrier and the Diaoyu islands.

The game, Mission of HonoUr, involves a soldier named Qiangjun who boards China's first aircraft carrier Liaoning with his comrades and fights invaders in military bases on the Diaoyu Islands, according to a report by the Shanghai-based Jiefang Daily.

The first online game of its kind, it also includes missions involving earthquake-relief, Xinhua quoted Gu Kai, the online game's producer, as saying.
