Chinese shares open slightly low
Chinese stocks opened slightly lower on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.08 per cent at 3,154.4 points, the media reported.
The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.06 per cent lower at 10,072.51, Xinhua news agency reported.
ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, edged down 0.14 per cent to open at 1,897.87.
