Teen actor actress Chloe Grace Moretz says she isn't allowed to spend her money on designer clothes.
At 17, the "If I Stay" actress' expenses are controlled by her mother Teri, who stops her from blowing her money on couture.
"My mom doesn't let me shop in expensive places just yet. Things I do have were gifts - people have been really sweet giving me stuff. When I lived in London, I used to go to TK Maxx on Kensington High Street and buy the four-seasons late brand stuff in the Gold Label section," contactmusic.com quoted Chloe as saying.
"I went to Urban Outfitters the other day and I bought a couple of white T-shirts. I sometimes shop in the men's section and buy extra small because I like their stuff better sometimes," she added.
Her mother's ban on designer goods notwithstanding, Chloe has a long list of favourites.
"I love Christopher Kane and Jonathan Saunders...Rihanna is amazing! She's definitely a risk-taker. Especially after the CFDA Awards! I loved it. She had a sparkly do-rag on, it was sick," she said.
