Chris Brown threw a female fan's phone when she was using it to film the singer at a club in Italy.
Brown was at the VIP section of the club after playing a show last weekend when the incident happened.
In a video obtained by tmz.com, the R&B star spotted the fan filming Brown without his permission and later snatched her phone before hurling it over his shoulder.
Witnesses said that Brown not only removed the phone, but also its owner from the VIP section. The fan didn't call the police because security found her phone and returned it to her.
Brown is currently being sued by his former manager who claims the "Loyal" hitmaker assaulted him.
Recently, Suge Knight also filed a lawsuit against him, saying it was Brown's fault he got shot at a party in 2014.
