'Code Red' clocks 100 episodes (TV Snippets)

TV show "Code Red", which unravels the unexplained paranormal occurrences and other stories based on human frailties and strengths, reached the 100-episode milestone with its latest series "Talaash".

Actress Sakshi Tanwar, who is a host of the show, says "the milestone is a testimony of the acceptance by the Indian audience that our efforts and message of awakening is creating an impact on the society.

"We appreciate the love and affection we have received and will continue our endeavour to empower viewers to give hope a chance and not give up," Sakshi said in a statement.

The show airs on Colors, and went on air in January.

Yash Sinha, who essays the role of a crime reporter in the show, says it has been "the most satisfying and enlightening experience" for him as an actor "and more so as a human being".

"It feels wonderful to be a part of such a noble endeavour, and I am really happy and humbled with the way viewers have received our show. The response has been phenomenal and it makes us believe that we are making a positive change in the society," he added.

Gagan Kang in 'Mahabali Hanuman'

Actor Gagan Kang will be seen playing the role of Hanuman's father in the show "Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman".

"Gagan Kang will be seen portraying the role of Kesari. He has already started shooting for the show and he will soon make an entry in the show," a source said in a statement.

Talking about the future storyline, the source revealed that the upcoming episodes will feature Anjani and Kesari's love story and a lot of other developments.

"Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman" is a daily soap on Sony Entertainment Television.

Madhuri's presence makes me nervous: Geeta Kapoor

Coming face-to-face with Bollywood's dancing diva Madhuri Dixit, who turned 48 on Friday, makes Geeta Kapoor nervous and jittery despite the fact that she has worked with her several times in the past.

Madhuri came visiting on the set of "DID Super Moms" to promote her online dance academy, Geeta, one of the judges of the Zee TV reality show, shared her thoughts about the actress.

"She is one of the most proficient dancers, and an inspiration to many in our country. Though I have worked with her before, her presence still makes me nervous and excited at the same time. I am a huge fan of hers and it is like a dream come true to share a stage with her. She is a perfectionist which reflects in all her performances," Geeta said.
