Cosmic swirls, stars inspire new diamond range

A new diamond jewellery range, inspired by cosmic swirls, meteor showers and star bursts has been launched for contemporary Indian women.

The new collection, Inara, is by jewellery brand Tanishq.

An ensemble of more than 120 unique designs, Inara consists of necklaces, bangles, earrings and cocktail rings, priced between Rs.200,000 and Rs.600,000. The pieces spell bling, appeal and spread.

"This collection perfectly marries both the traditions of yesteryear with the modern interpretation of fashion. This collection has been designed keeping in mind the choices and preferences of a contemporary Indian woman," Sandeep Kulhalli, Vice President, Retail and Marketing, Tanishq, said in a statement.

The line was showcased here Friday, with Miss India World 2013 Navneet Kaur Dhillon, Miss India runner-up Sobhita Dhulipala and Miss India second runner-up Zoya Afroz, sashaying the ramp flaunting some of the pieces.
