A court here Saturday ordered a second postmortem of a minor maid who was allegedly raped and murdered and the medical examination of her employer and his two sons.

The main accused in the rape and murder case is Vijay Beri, a senior executive of a multinational company. The maid was found dead Wednesday.

Chief Judicial Magistrate CJM Rajesh Sharma, acting on the plea of the Gharelu Kaamgar Sangathan, ordered the second autopsy of the 16-year-old maid and medical examination of Beri and his two sons who were all booked on rape and murder charges.

"We had demanded a second autopsy at AIIMS or PGIMS. The court ordered the same to be done at PGIMS, Rohtak, Haryana," Ritu, counsel of "Gharelu Kaamgar Sangathan", told IANS.

A senior police officer told IANS: "We have sent the body of the victim for re-postmortem to PGIMS."

Over 200 people had Thursday pelted stones at the house and cars of the employer of the minor girl. Later in the evening, they also protested at the place where the postmortem was held.

The police have also registered a case against some people, including six women activists of "Gharelu Kaamgar Sangathan", under Sections 147 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 427 (mischief and damaging property) 451 (home trespass) and some other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The body has been lying in the postmortem house even after the autopsy as her relatives and the protesters refused to bury it until their demands were met.

Victim's postmortem was conducted by a board of three doctors, including Deepak Mathur, Hazari Lal and Rinku Sharma Thursday, but protestors and relatives were not satisfied.

The body was found hanging in the bathroom of the servants' quarters Wednesday afternoon. The employer had attributed the death to suicide but the maid's parents claimed it was murder after rape.
