Music mogul Simon Cowell has started training his two-year-old son Eric for a job in his own record label.
Cowell has already mapped out his son's career and plans to give the youngster, who he has with partner Lauren Silverman, 38, a role at Syco Music when he is old enough, reports etonline.com.
"He's doing amazing. He's like two-and-a-half-years old. He loves music, loves dancing. He's going to follow me into what I do. I know that. I'm training him up now. He's going to work for my record label," Cowell said.
Meanwhile, the 56-year-old shared that he was concerned that Eric hated him until he saw him on the TV and grew to like his father.
"I wasn't good to begin with. I thought he was going to be like a puppy. Like you could throw things and he would retrieve them... After eight months I thought he hated me. Then one day he was watching me on TV and then he kind of got me, and he started talking to me and now we're buddies," he said.
