The court has asked the Delhi Police to file response on the plea and listed the matter for further hearing on August 25.
The Delhi Police on Monday filed a chargesheet against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, his deputy Manish Sisodia and 11 other AAP MLAs for allegedly assaulting the Chief Secretary in February.
