Actor Macaulay Culkin's increasing cigarette intake, reportedly almost 60 buds a day, is worrying his friends and family.
The 32-year-old, who became popular as a child artist through the 1990 film "Home Alone", battled heroin addiction, which drove him close to death, last year. However, after recovering from the problem, he has now resorted to smoking, reports dailymail.co.uk.
"He's put his nicotine addiction into overdrive. Almost every time I see him, he has a cigarette dangling from his lips and is puffing furiously," National Enquirer magazine quoted a source as saying.
The effects of his unhealthy habit are starting to show.
"He's coughing a lot, his teeth are yellowing, and friends and family are worried he's killing himself," the source said.
