Defence Minister Parrikar quits to be Goa CM
Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday stepped down ahead of taking oath as the new Chief Minister of Goa.
Official sources told IANS that Parrikar sent a faxed letter of resignation to the Prime Minister's Office.
