Delhi records 5.7 percent vote in early hours

Polling in Delhi picked up slowly Saturday with 5.7 percent votes being cast in the early hours.

The highest polling percentage of 6.6 percent was recorded in the northeast district till 9 a.m.

Southwest district followed with 6.5 percent, east district with 6.3 percent and

northwest district with 6.04 percent.

North district reported 5.6 percent polling, southeast district 5.4 percent, west district 5.5 percent, New Delhi 5.1 percent, while central district trailed with 4.3 percent.
