It was another scorching day for Delhi Saturday though the maximum temperature slightly dipped from the highs of the week but was still three notches above average at 43.5 degrees Celsius. Similar weather is expected Sunday.
Like in the past few days, the heat continued to discomfort daily life.
While minimum temperature settled four notches above average at 30.5 degrees, the humidity wavered between a high and low of 46 and 21 percent.
"The sky will be clear Sunday and the maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 43 and 30 degrees Celsius respectively," said an official of India Meteorological Department.
On Friday, the maximum temperature had shot up to five notches above average at 45 degrees Celsius.
