Actress-dancer Lauren Gottlieb has joined hands with fashion and apparel lifestyle brand American Swan as their Young Achiever Brand Ambassador.

The international dancer marked her entry in the Indian film industry after she played the lead role in India's first 3D dance film "ABCD - Anybody Can Dance". Later, she participated in celebrity dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6".

"I have always been interested in fashion and fashion trends around the world and the association with American Swan is both a challenging and an interesting opportunity for me," Lauren said in a statement.

"Being from the United States, I can very well relate to the brand and feel that it truly captures the essence of the country. I firmly believe that the brand is a preferred choice for youngsters who are looking for International quality luxury fashion at an affordable price," she added.

Anurag Rajpal, director and chief executive officer, American Swan, thinks Lauren is the perfect choice for the brand as the young customers can relate to her.

"She is someone our young customers can relate to. She has style, glamour and is extremely passionate about her work. This association marks the next level of our partnership with young talent and our seriousness about promoting them in the country," Rajpal said.

American Swan earlier roped in Indian cricketer Unmukt Chand and actress-singer Shruti Haasan to celebrate its "Young Achievers" campaign.
