Investigators in Bangladesh are trying to identify from video footages the group of men who sexually assaulted women on Dhaka University campus during Bengali New Year celebrations.
The incident sparked widespread protests here.
Police and the university authorities on Thursday appealed to all for information on the incident, bdnews24.com reported.
Police have filed a case against unidentified people.
The Dhaka High Court, taking the cognizance of the incident on its own, ordered the Dhaka University vice chancellor and inspector general of police to file a report on the measures taken after the incident.
On April 14, a group of youth sexually harassed women in public during the Pohela Baishakh festivities on the university campus.
