Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has teamed up with Indian rapper Badshah for a new single titled "Proper patola". He is confident that music aficionados will love the number, which will release Aug 8.
Dosanjh, who was seen in romantic comedy "Jatt & Juliet" and its sequel, shot the video of the song in Los Angeles. It is about "urban desi (indigenous) feel".
"I assure you 'Proper patola' is one song that will be loved by all," Dosanjh said in a statement.
Badshah, who has penned and composed the song, is also certain that the song will be liked by fans.
"I feel blessed to have been able to make a track with Diljit, whom I have immense respect for. He has always been an inspiration to me. I believe the track that we have worked on will definitely become a favorite of all the fans," said Badshah.
The number will be released by Sony Music Entertainment.
