Don't pay Mallya before case disposed: Tribunal tells Diageo
The Debt Recovery Tribunal on Monday ordered Britain's Diageo and its Indian arm, United Spirits Ltd not to pay industrialist Vijay Mallya the $75 million deal amount till the case against him before it is disposed.
