Dutch coach Louis van Gaal said he will only resume his coaching career if an English football club approaches him and he gets a chance to take revenge on Manchester United.
The 66-year-old, who signed an initial three-year contract with the English football giants was axed to allow Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho to take the helm of the club.
"I will probably not manage a club anymore," the Dutch was quoted as saying by goal.com.
"I would make one exception -- if a big English club comes for me, then I would do it. Because then I can get the chance to get one over on Manchester United," Van Gaal who helped Manchester United clinch the FA Cup in 2015-16 added.
