Actor Eddie Redmayne is feeling "joy, excitement and a bit of fear" about becoming a father.
The "Danish Girl" actor is excited about the impending of his and wife Hannah Bagshawe's first child, though he admits he is also feeling a little bit scared of the big change and responsibility.
"It's our first child, so obviously there's a mixture of emotions. Joy, excitement and a bit of fear. I can't wait. I'll be a hands-on dad," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Redmayne as saying.
And the "Theory of Everything" star, who married Bagshawe in 2014, admits becoming a father will cap off an "amazing" period in his life.
"Having a baby is the perfect ending to what's been an amazing year.
"I still pinch myself - every actor thinks about living the Hollywood dream and making it over here is incredible. I'll always stay grounded and I don't take anything for granted," he said.
