Actress Emmy Rossum recently rescued a victim of a hit-and-run accident which occurred near her residence.
The 27-year-old was just leaving her house when she saw the accident and called an ambulance, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Last weekend, I was pulling out of my house, and I saw a body on the road and blood everywhere. This guy had been hit by a car," Esquire magazine quoted Rossum as saying.
The "Beautiful Creatures" actress further added: "I called 911 and stayed with him. You see how lucky you are to be alive."
