Multi-genre concert Enchanted Valley Carnival, now Comio EVC Mumbai 2017, has shifted its venue from Aamby Valley City in Maharashtra to Mumbai "due to extenuating circumstances beyond the control of EVC".

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court had ordered the luxurious Aamby Valley City near Pune be auctioned.

Aamby Valley City was home to the event for the past four years.

Devraj Sanyal, MD and CEO Universal Music Group, India and South Asia, and CEO of EVC, said in a statement: "We are very excited to host India's largest two-day multi-genre concert at the NESCO Centre."

"Armin Van Buuren and Arijit Singh will be headlining the concert...The combination of enthusiastic EVC tribe, exciting artistes, state of the art venue and Atechnology in Mumbai will ensure one of the best experiences for everyone who visits EVC."

Comio EVC Mumbai 2017 will take place on December 16-17.

Shoven Shah, Founder of EVC and Director, Twisted Entertainment(M) Pvt Ltd added that they are ecstatic to introduce a new chapter with Comio EVC Mumbai 2017.

"Our aim has always been to bring like-minded music enthusiasts together and give that tribe the best experience they can imagine."
