Envoys of 4 nations present credentials

The Ambassadors of Kuwait, Belgium, Portugal and Cambodia presented their credentials to President Ram Nath Kovind at a ceremony held at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday.

A communique from the Rashtrapati Bhavan said they were Jasem Ibrahem JM Al-Najem (Kuwait), Francois Delhaye (Belgium), Carlos Jose de Pinho e Melo Pereira Marques (Portugal) and Ung Sean (Cambodia).
