Etihad Airways will keep flying over the Sinai peninsula in Egypt despite the crash of a Soviet aircraft, the company has said.
Etihad said there was no evidence to show a motive behind the Russian crash that killed all 224 people on board.
Ethihad said in a statement on Monday: "In line with procedures taken by many airlines, Etihad Airways is committed to the instructions they receive from the Egyptian authorities.
"The authorities said avoiding flying in certain areas of the airspace will affect flights," it said, adding that Etihad will continue to follow the situation closely.
