Two eunuchs and their driver were arrested on Monday on charges of thrashing two brothers and damaging their car, the Haryana police said.
While the arrests were made in New Delhi, the incident took place at 1 a.m. on Saturday in Gurgaon district of Haryana.
Prince Singh and his brother, both residents of New Delhi, said in their complaint to the police that a Maruti Swift car, being driven by a professional driver, hit their car on the Mehrauli-Gurgaon road and broke one of the side mirrors.
Prince Singh said when he asked the Swift occupants to watch their driving, two eunuchs got down from the car and smashed the windshield of their car with baseball bats. They also allegedly beat up the brothers.
A video clip of the incident has gone viral and was being studied by police.
An FIR was lodged at the Gurgaon Sector 29 police station against the two eunuchs, identified as Annu and Shimla, and their driver.
