Vowing his commitment to defeat the JD-U-RJD-Congress combine in the upcoming Bihar assembly polls, former chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi on Friday indicated that his newly launched Hindustani Awam Morcha would soon be a part of the NDA.
"We will fight together to stop (Chief Minister) Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad," Manjhi told reporters here after a meeting with BJP president Amit Shah.
"We only discussed in the meeting how to defeat them and it is possible only we fight together. The only issue for us and the BJP is to defeat the alliance of Lalu-ji and Nitish," Manjhi said.
He, however, added that no decision was taken on seat sharing.
Bihar goes to the polls later this year.
