A court here on Thursday granted bail to former union minister Vasant Sathe's son and daughter-in-law accused of not disclosing details of their joint Swiss bank account to the Income Tax department.
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Devendra Kumar Sharma granted bail to Subhash Sathe and Indrani Sathe after they appeared before court following a summons issued against them.
The court directed them to furnish a personal bond of Rs 50,000 each and a surety of like amount each.
The court fixed July 10 for further hearing.
The Income Tax department has booked them for their failure to produce accounts and documents under of the IT Act.
