Actor-filmmaker Farhan Akhtar is all set to perform live at a concert in Muscat on Friday.
"Greeted by a smiling beach in Muscat.., Time now for some calm before this evenings madness. @FarhanLiveBand," Farhan shared on micro-blogging website Twitter.
To that, actress Shabana Azmi, who is married to Farhan's father Javed Akhtar tweeted: "@FarOutAkhtar @FarhanLiveBand my niece is in Muscat and would love to attend the show."
This would be the first performance of the "Rock On!!" actor's band Farhan Live in Muscat. The band, fronted by Farhan comprises talented artists like Shannon Donald (Vocals), Sarosh Izedyar (Lead Guitarist), Dibyajyoti Nath (Bass Guitar), Darshan Doshi (Drums) and Umaang Doshi (Keyboard).
Farhan will sing songs from his films, "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag", "Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara", "Rock On" and "Dil Chahta Hai" and other tunes.
The concert will happen at Qurum Amphitheatre in Muscat late evening on Friday.
