Atletico Madrid's Brazilian defender Filipe Luis is confident of regaining his full fitness before the clash against Barcelona next Saturday in the third round of the La Liga.
Luis said at a press conference on Wednesday that he returned on Tuesday to group training sessions, adding that the international football break allowed the team to prepare well for the Barcelona, Efe reported.
The 30-year-old missed the last game with his team against Sevilla in the second La Liga round for suffering a muscle strain in his left thigh.
The defender does not believe that the current absences in Barcelona's roster will affect the Catalonian lines, and highlighted that the Blaugrana had won all possible titles last season, and emphasised that they have many options to compensate for missing players.
