In a major rejig of top management, leading e-tailer Flipkart on Monday announced that co-founder Binny Bansal would be the group's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Kalyan Krishnamurthy its new Chief Executive.
The city-based e-commerce group's top brass has been restructured to drive growth with Ananth Narayanan as Myntra-Jaban CEO and Sameer Nigam as PhonePe CEO.
"The newly formed group organisation will focus on creating value through a portfolio of new, high growth businesses, manage capital allocation across our companies and ensure each business has a strong CEO in place, said the company in a statement here.
Binny co-founded Flipkart with Sachin Bansal in 2007.
