Actress Flora Saini, who essayed the role of a maid named Priyanka in the first season of web-series "Maid in India", is back with season two.
Available on online video entertainment Web Talkies, Flora will reprise her role as the tech-savvy, social media-addicted maid, who is a Dubai return, owns a Nano (car) and an iPhone. She also speaks her mind and comes up with witty solutions, read a statement.
Commenting on the second season, Umesh Ghadge, writer and director of the "Maid in India" series and the Chief Creative Officer of Web Talkies, said: "'Maid in India' has been one of the most successful shows during its inaugural season. The show's second season will look to build on and exceed the expectations that season one had established."
Flora says that reprising the role of Priyanka has been a "marvellous" and "challenging experience" for her.
"This time around, the idea of a flirtatious maid going up against the sensual sister of the lady of the house and the continued miseries in Sahil's and Sandhya's lives make for a hilarious storyline and a highly engaging season," she said.
The second season was launched on Monday and will continue till February 20 next year.
