Four people, including a woman, were arrested for possessing 300 gram of heroin and 80 kg of marijuana worth Rs.1 crore in the international market, police said on Monday.
Mohd. Israel, 28, Mohd. Dastgir, 25, and Shakil Khan, 38, were arrested along with their woman accomplice Rani, 45.
"Israel and Dastgir were apprehended from a flyover in central Delhi's Paharganj on June 10 while carrying 35 kg marijuana," Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime Branch) Ravindra Yadav said.
"Rani was arrested from her residence in Bawana with 300 gram of fine quality heroin on June 18 while Shakil Khan was arrested from west Delhi's Uttam Nagar when he was going to deliver 45 kg marijuana to some one," Yadav added.
