Franco to direct, act in 'Garden of Last Days' movie
Actor James Franco is set to direct and act in the big-screen adaptation of Andre Dubus III's best-selling novel "Garden of Last Days".
The 35-year-old has signed on to helm the big screen adaptation of the eponymous book, reports deadline.com.
Scottish actor Gerard Butler is co-producing the movie with Alan Siegel, Danielle Robinson and Hanna Weg. Weg has also written the film's script.
