Turkey's Galatasaray Sports Club has signed a five-year contract with 18-year-old Portuguese winger Bruma from Sporting Clube de Portugal.
Galatasaray said in a statement Tuesday that it will pay the Portuguese club 10 million euros and that the player will get a million euros in his first year, 1.1 million euros each in his second and third year and 1.2 million euros during his last two years with the Turkish football club, reports Xinhua.
Galatasaray will play Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid, Italian giants Juventus and Denmark's FC Copenhagen in the UEFA Champions League.
The Istanbul side loaned Swedish striker Johan Elmander to England's Norwich City and did not renew the contract of Spanish winger Albert Riera for the new season in order to make space for new foreign players.
Turkish football clubs are allowed to have at most 10 foreigners.
