The toll in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 1,951, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
Health ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qadra said the number included 469 children, 243 women and 88 elderly people, according to MENA news agency.
He said more than 10,193 Palestinians were injured in the offensive.
A new 72-hour truce has been in place since Monday.
