Getafe renew contract of coach Esnaider
Getafe football club president Angel Torres announced the renewal of head coach Juan Esnaider's contract, although the Argentine failed to avoid relegation in the last six games of La Liga.
Getafe were relegated from La Liga after 12 straight seasons in the first division.
Esnaider, who will lead Getafe in Spanish second division next season, will try to return to La Liga, reports Efe.
The coach said at the press conference that his side now needs "truly committed" players, so that the team can compete in the Segunda division.
