Delhiites can give a missed call on 9323300300 from Wednesday to receive alerts on goverment-run arts, cultural events in the city, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said.
Sisodia told the media that the decision was taken after they received scores of complaints from people that they do not get to know about government events.
When a person gives a missed call to the number, their mobile number gets registered with the government, Sisoda said.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the move would help art lovers in the city to stay updated and choose their favourite events.
